Sports Specific Team
Training
A complete training program to develop your team's confidence, cohesion and motivation.
 
Learn all the must-have movements, skills and lifts to increase your athlete's: speed, power, strength, agility, accuracy, coordination, balance, endurance, stamina, flexibility, symmetry and more.
Each session is 1 hour.
 
Teams and/or Individual athletes can be coached and trained on-site or off-site depending on your circumstances.

Fix My O-Lift
A complete virtual coaching program to develop, fine-tune and excel at the three the fastest, most complex Olympic Lifts:

Specialty Classes

 
Mobility & Flexibility
Class
A 30 min class whose main focus is to open up tight parts of the body using gravity, pressure, objects, bands, etc.
 
Meets every Sunday morning 9:30am.
 
This class is free to all OTG members &
no Sign-Up necessary.

Gymnasty Class
 
A 30 min class whose main focus is to develop the progressions and skills of more technical or strength-based gymnastics movements.
 
Meets every other Thursday night @ 5:45pm opposite The Olympic Technique Class.
 
This class is free to all OTG members & Sign-Up is necessary via Wodify.

Olympic Technique
Class
A 60 min class whose main focus is to develop the progressions and skills of the three Olympic Lifts:
Snatch
Clean
Jerk

Meets every other Thursday night @ 5:45pm opposite The Gymnasty Class.

This class is $20/Class or $70 for a 5 pack to all OTG members & Sign-Up is necessary via Wodify.
