Intro to CrossFit
We will work around your schedule to set up both sessions!
Our two-session intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our credentialed coaches helping you along the way. Each session is one hour.
After you are ready for group classes, the $50 will be taken off of your first month’s membership!
Hourly Gym Rental
We offer the chance to rent the gym for one hour for yourself or a small group
Yoga is offered twice per month on Sundays at 9:00-10:00am
Improve your range of motion with yoga. Whether you are brand new or a seasoned yogi, our staff will help you connect your breath and movement. By incorporating yoga into your regular training program you’ll see the benefits of better mobility & recovery. As a standalone practice, yoga can help reduce stress, relieve tension, and help you approach your day with balance and confidence.
We offer discounts for full-time students, first responders, and military. As well as special pricing for multiple athletes from the same household.
Have a friend or family member who wants to try? If they sign up for a 6 or 12 month commitment, you get $100 cash!
THE FIRST STEP IS TO SCHEDULE YOUR INTRO TO CROSSFIT
During these two sessions: we will show you the gym, talk about your goals, and get in two hours of personal training. This will include practicing some basic movements and getting in a short workout at the end! Think of it as CrossFit 101.
