We will work around your schedule to set up both sessions!

Features

Our two-session intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our credentialed coaches helping you along the way. Each session is one hour.

After you are ready for group classes, the $50 will be taken off of your first month’s membership!

CrossFit

1 Month Unlimited - $175
3 Sessions Per Week - $135/month

In it’s true definition, CrossFit is: constantly varied functional movement, performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition: it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.

At CrossFit OTG: we strive to learn and practice skills, push ourselves, smile, laugh, and leave every class feeling like we gave it 100%. We cheer each other on, we inspire each other, and we support the entire community through every challenge.

Personal Training

1 Session: $65
5 Sessions: $300
10 Sessions: $500
20 Sessions: $900
When we are not running group classes, we offer 1 on 1 training. This includes a training program designed specifically for you, with your goals in mind.
These sessions can also be used to help you with our CrossFit classes. If you want to get ahead on strength or technique, working 1 on 1 is a great way to progress faster!

Hourly Gym Rental

We offer the chance to rent the gym for one hour for yourself or a small group

1 Member: $10
2+ Members: $5 each
Non-members: $20 each

You will have access to the gym regardless of if there is a staff member present. All sanitation guidelines must be followed and sessions are a maximum of 60 minutes. At least one member must be present, and all non-members must sign a waiver. See a coach for details and to sign up.

Yoga

Yoga is offered twice per month on Sundays at 9:00-10:00am

Features

Improve your range of motion with yoga. Whether you are brand new or a seasoned yogi, our staff will help you connect your breath and movement. By incorporating yoga into your regular training program you’ll see the benefits of better mobility & recovery. As a standalone practice, yoga can help reduce stress, relieve tension, and help you approach your day with balance and confidence.

Discounts

We offer discounts for full-time students, first responders, and military. As well as special pricing for multiple athletes from the same household.

Referrals

Have a friend or family member who wants to try? If they sign up for a 6 or 12 month commitment, you get $100 cash!

THE FIRST STEP IS TO SCHEDULE YOUR INTRO TO CROSSFIT

During these two sessions: we will show you the gym, talk about your goals, and get in two hours of personal training. This will include practicing some basic movements and getting in a short workout at the end! Think of it as CrossFit 101.
