THE FIRST STEP IS TO SCHEDULE YOUR INTRO TO CROSSFIT
During these two sessions: we will show you the gym, talk about your goals, and get in two hours of personal training. This will include practicing some basic movements and getting in a short workout at the end! Think of it as CrossFit 101.
Intro to CrossFit
We will work around your schedule to set up both sessions!
Our two-session intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our credentialed coaches helping you along the way. Each session is one hour.
After you are ready for group classes, the $50 will be taken off of your first month’s membership!
Group CrossFit Classes
We offer discounts for full-time students, first responders, and military. As well as special pricing for multiple athletes from the same household.
