Our two session intro program will help you get started at your own pace

Our two session intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified coaches helping you along the way.

We will work around your schedule to set up both sessions!

Fitness Goals

Learning Movements:
– Squats
– Presses
– Deadlifts
– Clean & Snatch
– Bike & Row
– Kettlebell, Ring Row, Burpee, Jump Rope – The Basics!

One workout for each day!

*If you have prior experience, you may be cleared to participate in group classes after one session.*

Pricing: $50 for two sessions
After you are cleared for group classes, the $50 will be taken off of your first month’s membership!
