Training Notes:

Inversions/Skin the Cat – 1-2 Reps/Rd: Work on using only your core to get to an inversion (not your arms) and ROM in the skin the cat.
Power Snatch – You may +/- loads as you see fit.  Goal is to keep the same interval time while increasing the loads
