I’m an experienced cross fitter that moved to the area temporarily. I found OTG and worked out there regularly for a year before moving out of the area. The coaches I had there were excellent. They were very helpful with my form which kept me injury free the entire time. They did not “over coach” and knew right when to show up for encouragement when you struggled. The weekly WODs were designed that you can workout 5 days a week or more. I found this to be true with tough recovery workouts programmed in. If your a serious CrossFit athlete of any ability I highly recommend OTG. I made a lot of great friends there and stayed in top shape.

Started at CrossFit OTG six months ago and the community and knowledge they have is amazing. As a person new to CrossFit, the coaches and members were welcoming and helpful. During this time they make the members the priority as the gym follows the guidelines for social distancing and mask wearing. This was my first drop in at this box while visiting my family in Egg Harbor. I was super nervous but as soon as I walked in I was welcomed with hellos and introductions and people asking my name. It was clear to see how kind and close the community was. Nick has certainly built his Box with amazing folks who make it all the better! I'm already looking forward to dropping in again soon! It felt like home away from home!
