    We want to hear about you! What is your background and what are your goals? We will get in touch and answer any questions you have up front.

    For $50 you will get two 60-minute personal training sessions and two weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes. If you decide to join the family, this $50 will be deducted from your first month’s membership!

    Meet your coach, go on a 30 second tour, and tell us what you want out of CrossFit. We will tell you about our goals for our members and how a class works. Learn and practice the foundational CrossFit movements, and get in a great first workout!

    Congratulations! You’re ready to start group classes! Workout as much as you’d like for the next two weeks and meet the OTG family. Be introduced to a variety of workouts, and get sweaty!

    Your two weeks are up! We have a few different membership options to choose from. We want you to feel great, and we can help you decide what your next step is to get you there. We’re excited to have you with us and we will see you at the gym!
