    We want to hear about you! What is your background and what are your goals? We will get in touch and answer any questions you have up front.

    Schedule a time to come check out a class. One of our coaches will take the class with you to guide you through the workout.  Then you can decide what membership works best for you!

    Meet your coach, go on a 30 second tour, and tell us what you want out of CrossFit. We will tell you about our goals for our members and how a class works. Learn and practice the foundational CrossFit movements, and get in a great first workout!

    Congratulations! You’re ready to start group classes! Workout as much as you’d like for the next two weeks and meet the OTG family. Be introduced to a variety of workouts, and get sweaty!

    After you choose your membership its time to became a part of our community! Get fit and make some new friends!
