Our two session intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified coaches helping you along the way.


We will work around your schedule to set up both sessions!

Learning Movements:

  • Squats
  • Presses
  • Deadlifts
  • Clean & Snatch
  • Bike & Row
  • Kettlebell, Ring Row, Burpee, Jump Rope – The Basics!

One workout for each day!


*If you have prior CrossFit experience, you may jump right into classes.
