Founder/Head Coach

Nick started OTG in 2009. His continued passion for fitness, nutrition, and personal transformation for himself and others has helped create a Community of like-minded individuals who support, inspire, and grow with each other all while having FUN! Available for Private Coaching with individuals and groups for Fitness, Nutrition, and Pickleball. Favorite Movements: Overhead Squat, Ring Muscle Ups, T2B Favorite Cheat Meal: Fresh, Hot, Cinnamon Buns He is currently attending Barbara Brennan School of Healing and is in his second year.

Not only do I coach to share my knowledge with the athletes in my class, but to also see the “a-ha” moments on their faces when they figure out how to perfect certain movements. In addition, I enjoy trying to make the class the best hour of the day for each athlete.
